To help the human resource team of the organization, there is a new module planned to be added to the school management software. 
This module will enable the user to get a list of resumes set up subject wise for an immediate check. 

All we need to update is the requirement columns for the visible headers. After that, the applicant may directly approach the software.

The admin or the recruiter may directly look through and may select the curriculum vitae of the required candidate. The selected candidate can be contacted through text or email through the ERP only. Also, there could be a list of rejected candidates. 

The list can be revised timely. The applicants not required for now can be saved for future reference. We are sure that the staff recruitment model is going to be helpful in other ways as well. It reduces paperwork and ensures effective hiring. School management system with updated modules are always on demand, and we look forward to bringing more updates like such.
